and there's a small ballon/ball thingy outside the lib.
Its so dark inside the ballon thingy. learn few stuff bout stars .
they said its the best to look at the stars at 8pm. if i'm not mistaken lah.

went swimming with v tjen , wah, wah's sis and bro, bo at iccc.
cause vtjen wanna diet . so that she can become flyer next time when she join all star team. lol. support support. *i'm going to eat ice cream and high calories food in front of her 2mr
did some pyramids, handstand and toss there.

cheer 2009

Titans got 4th place in cheer 2009. Champion and best dress for northen region.
we did really great on the first day. everything's perfect. the pyramids were amazing.

but we did not do well on the second day. we tried our best. so yeah.

our junior team, Ember did very well on the second day. happy for them. they got 25th in cheer 09. not bad as this is the first year they went for competition.

everything back to the normal life.
study study study. getting scold from teachers for talking and not passing up hmk.
skipped school yday
I missed lots of lesson these few weeks cause of training but I dont really mind.
at least I have lots of fun and memories during cheer practice.
well, I didn say much during the feedback but actually I really miss you guys.
I dont know who to find to "key" together anymore. or tell someone that i'm going to fart .
where to find friends or teammates like u all lah.

the 40 routines.

full routine

we did 15 full routine today.
and only one of them is perfect.
all of us screamed and cried after that routine. except one or two of them.
yes we cried.
because of a perfect routine.
I know it sounds weird but we're really happy and touched lor after putting lots of effort in it .
and now we got a perfect routine. =D

btw, my baby rabbits can open their eyes and they can walk now . will upload their photos soon.

Ipoh Echo

Titans appeared in the newspaper , Ipoh Echo.
but I dont think any of the titans realize it. So do I, until someone told me bout that .

SMJK Ave Maria Convent Ipoh has entered 2 teams for this year’s cheerleading competition called Cheer 2009. The finals will be held at Bukit Jalil Stadium KL on July 4 and 5...

The first team, TITANS, is led by Fong Yoke Wah, 18. The team made its debut in 2001 and was a champion in Cheer 2006. It finished 4th in 2008. Its cheer shout out is “Go Titans! Love Titans!”

The second team is EMBER led by Cheah Hong Sin, 14. It won the Best Newcomer award at Cheer 2005 but did not participate in Cheer 2008. Its cheer shout out is “Take it to the top, Ember never stops”.

Very nervous . the routine is so tiring. but quite chi gek.
dont even know if i have enough strength to finish the whole routine.
we;ll be tying our hair early in the morning on friday and we can only wash our hair on sunday after competition ends
cant wash hair for two days. so better dont breathe if u see us there. hahahaha.
dont blame me if u sesak nafas.
we'll be performing at pologround this thursday.

I did my hockey test during pj today. partner with soph. not bad weh . coz soph and I can do the "scoop". hahahah. c.c.chong brought us out from the school and walked for 25mins. she asked us to swing our hands and move our butt.

I came out from the class and went to find the cheerleaders at hall since they said they're going to decorate the cheer board.
I wasnt ponteng k. I have permission to come out from the class after recess.
but jia tong and pei kee stayed in the class.
Juniors were practising pyramids. so we buat kacao at there, took some pichas, and taught those juniors.
then.v tjen did an elevator and for the very first time. she did extention successfully. I tried but on the first try I failed. haha. damn scary . at first I tot very syok la . but ended up screaming during elevator. Bo said I looked like as if i was going to cry .
I tried elevator liberty too. I tot why so easy la. but actually I was stepping on wai yee's head. I'm sorry wai yee. at last I tried extention again. hahahaha. i did it :D

grandma fetched me back from school. then fetched carmen at mc. we chat a lot lah coz we didn see each other as much as other cousins. then mom called my grandma's hp and she told me that
